Before you release your product, please check that real user accounts -- not just test user accounts -- can use it. :)

Maybe you should uninstall AppSync, and the app in question, then reinstall the app... and test an app on a non-jb iphone before you complain (after all, that's what they're designed for)... and maybe google first, too :)

Maybe software developers should consider users who aren't following the rules... and keep them out and give useful error messages...
Tell them to go play in their sandbox. ;)
