An internal error occurred on your web site and I should upgrade my IE version and contact my administrator? I don't think so.

Is it just me, or does this error dialog smack of a concatenated mass of error messages? I mean, the error you encountered is but one of the egregious sins committed here. The other is the absolute mangling of English grammar rules ( i.e., proper punctuation, consistent spacing, etc. ). It makes me wonder if this message was appended in a loop, printf, or something similar.

It appears to be an error message based on the philosophy "If we're not sure what's wrong, blame the user" combined with the all-too-common cop-out "contact your administrator".
