This looks like it might be the work of Adobe developers, not Microsoft.... or maybe the combination of the two.
What kind of permission error? Or is the issue that something isn't responding? Not much help for the user here.

Object cannot be liked

It appears Facebook doesn't allow users to like things that aren't accessible.
However, this message seems to be displayed if a user clicks the like link on something they have access to see that was posted by someone who is not their Facebook friend.
