When Ben Simo saw this video, he spotted one more problem : the name being displayed too large which could be a potential security concern.
Do you have different oracles to spot more problems? Have you had equally worse experience in using ATM software?
Update: I crossed the ATM again yesterday and there were three people inside helping each other.

@Anonymous,
Thanks for your kind words. If Indians should have only Indian accent then never pick the phone and call the support line.
Transaction cancelled is a problem to me because of the oracle I had in mind.

1. Transaction cancelled could have been improved to... maybe "operation cancelled"
2.People on phone lines fake the accent because it is a part of their job...it is the call of duty in outsourcig business .
And believe me those guys know their stuff and are pretty good it (accent) , and on most occasions you cant tell
But you give the impression that you are trying to sound "western" "different"

ATM software of few banks show much more unpredictable that are confusing to the user.
Though banks ask feedback and had have a box for it, nothing has been changed writing the problems faced using their ATM yet.
Ben and Pradeep Soundararajan, can I know what was the oracle that you thought and helped to identify potential security concern?
