Is there a problem here?

Mail Merge

Created a mail merge document in Word at work today. At end of day, I transferred it to my thumb drive. I opened the doc on my home computer. I received the following dialog:

And after selecting "Options":

It is the second dialog that confused me. I didn't want to do any of the suggested actions. So what should I do? Is my document going to be affected? I ultimately clicked the 'x' and was returned to the first dialog. Personally, I would want a button that specifies this course of action rather than leaving it up to my interpretation of UI metaphor.

Aesthetic and minimalist design Aesthetic and minimalist design: Dialogues should not contain information which is irrelevant or rarely needed. Every extra unit of information in a dialogue competes with the relevant units of information and diminishes their relative visibility.

Help users recognize, diagnose, and recover from errors Help users recognize, diagnose, and recover from errors: Error messages should be expressed in plain language (no codes), precisely indicate the problem, and constructively suggest a solution.

Help and documentation Help and documentation: Even though it is better if the system can be used without documentation, it may be necessary to provide help and documentation.
