Resolution settings other than 0 x 0 could result in a fuzzy display

I got this message logging into my Windows XP laptop today. My screen is set for my monitor at my desk at 1280x800 but looks fine to me on the laptop screen. I'm guessing 0 must be the default. Maybe.

Completely remove what?

After upgrading Skype and launching the new version, the dialog below appears on my screen.


I didn't select an application to be removed. What is the 'selected application'? Is this even related to the Skype upgrade? What happens if I select No?
