Clicking the Done button after updating my account profile goes to a page that doesn't exist.

I got the following page in response to attempting to create an "Arizona Diamondbacks Account" in order to use a corporate discount to purchase game tickets.

I have never before created an "Arizona Diamondbacks Account". However, this error message seems to suggest that it believes I have already have an account associated with my email address.

There is also no option to create an account on this page. The error message tells me to use a feature that does not exist.

After some experimentation, I discover that my "Arizona Diamondbacks Account" is the same account that I have for purchasing tickets from the Colorado Rockies. I wonder why anyone thought it was a good thing to refer to the account by the name of the home team for the ballpark at which I am trying to purchase tickets. Had they indicated that this was a Major League Baseball ticketing account, and not a specific team, it could have saved me a great deal of time.

No != Limited

I'm confused. The title bar says "Tickets are no longer available", but the contents of the window say "limited availability" and presents a "Buy Tickets" button. Which is it? Can I buy tickets that are no longer available?

First, congratulations to the Arizona Diamondbacks for winning the National League West title. I hope you continue to outperform the competition -- and your web site.

I visited DBacks.com to see if any tickets remained for Saturday night's game. However, repeated loads of the web site in a variety of browsers gave me the following.

Most of the content was missing. And to make it worse, clicking the Tickets button at the top of the page did nothing. After nearly 10 minutes of reloading the page, a full and functional page loaded. Sadly, the few remaining tickets were more than I was willing to pay. It would have been fun to watch the Diamondbacks put away the defending World Series Champion Giants in a game Giants manager Bruce Bochy described as "just a very ugly game".

Security Vulnerabilities

1. Injection Injection: Injection flaws occur when untrusted data is sent to an interpreter as part of a command. The attacker’s hostile data can trick the interpreter into executing unintended commands or accessing data without authorization.

2. Broken authentication and session management Broken authentication and session management: Application functions related to authentication and session management are often not implemented correctly, allowing attackers to compromise passwords, keys, or session tokens, or to exploit other implementation flaws to assume other users’ identities.

3. Cross-Site Scripting Cross-Site Scripting (XSS): XSS flaws occur whenever an application takes untrusted data and sends it to a web browser without proper validation or escaping. If requests are not verified, attackers will be able to forge requests in order to access functionality without proper authorization.

8. Cross-Site Request Forgery Cross-Site Request Forgery (CSRF): A CSRF attack forces a logged-on victim’s browser to send a forged HTTP request, including the victim’s session cookie and any other automatically included authentication information, to a vulnerable web application. This allows the attacker to force the victim’s browser to generate requests the vulnerable application thinks are legitimate requests from the victim.

9. Using Components with Known Vulnerabilities Using Components with Known Vulnerabilities: Running software components with known vulnerabilities can compromise the vulnerable components and anything those components can access -- undermining defenses.

10. Unvalidated Redirects and Forwards Unvalidated Redirects and Forwards: Using untrusted data, without validation, to determine the destination of redirects and forwards can enable attackers to redirect victims to phisihing or malware sites.
