Is the typical Skype user expected to know what things should and what things should not be allowed to "use Skype" based on a program file name? What does it mean to "use Skype" anyway? What are the risks of making the wrong decision?
If you aren't going to give me sufficient information to make an informed decisions, don't ask me to make it.
In this case, the executable is part of Skype. Why worry users over something that is part of your software package?
