Throughout my many attempts to complete a Healthcare.gov Marketplace insurance application, I have learned that the system often does not permit me to make any changes to my not-yet-submitted application. Once data is entered and I progress to the next stage in the process, Healthcare.gov does not allow me to go back and correct information I previously entered.
