Counting Staples

I paused a You Tube video; then resumed playing it. Instead of showing the video, it did this:



Moss' head kept bouncing up and down -- much faster than captured here. No matter where I re-positioned the video playback or paused and resumed, the audio continued but the video kept looping the same few frames.

The video played normally after reloading the web page.
